Make the grid readable
Begin with 3×3 or 4×4, use a larger screen if possible, and allow as much time as you need. Paper may feel easier than tapping a phone. Good lighting, readable text, and breaks matter more than chasing a fast number.
Compare only your own conditions
If tracking time is enjoyable, compare the same size and input method on different days. Changes can reflect practice, fatigue, vision, device, or interruptions. There is no universal “normal” time in this game for a given age.
Keep health claims separate
A table is an activity, not a dementia screen or a treatment. An online score cannot diagnose a condition or show that cognitive decline has been prevented. Seek clinical advice for new or worrying changes in attention, memory, or vision.
